Returns/Replacements:
We can only accept returned items if they are damaged or faulty when they are received. Such items must be returned to us within 14 days and replacements will be sent out immediately. We cannot refund payment.
Performance Licences:
The materials may be used by the purchasing organisation for non-commercial purposes only, for a period of one year from the time of purchase (normal school or club fund-raising is not deemed by us to be commercial use). Written permission from the author must be obtained if you wish to use the materials for any other kind of profitable public performance.
Materials may not be lent, sold, hired or otherwise distributed without prior written consent from the author.

Reproduction of Lyrics
We convey the right to copy the lyric sheets and scripts found in the production booklet for teaching and rehearsal use ONLY WITHIN THE PURCHASING ORGANISATION.
Musical Score and CD
The copying or reproduction (in any form) of any part of the musical score or Halfnote Productions’ CD for any purpose (even if it is for use within the purchasing organisation) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
